INDUSTRIAL VISIT TEA FACTORY IN RANCABALI

Department of Psychology Universitas Pembangunan Jaya held an industrial visit on Friday, May 17 2024 to Tea Factory in Rancabali, Bandung Regency, West Java. The guide for this activity was the Deputy Manager of the Tea Factory, who four lecturers and eight assistant lecturers assisted. This activity was attended by 214 students from the Department of Psychology Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. Here are a few snapshots of the industrial visit activities. Through this activity, students are expected to understand more about employee recruitment, and the organizational development system, including tea picking and processing at Tea Factory in Rancabali.
